What we can do for you:

You need to fill a temp or permanent position for a certain area fast? No problem. We have a large national database of jobseekers, where we maintain a score card on their performance, reliability and misconduct history. We also conduct background screening upon request and update the jobseeker's profile accordingly, making it a breez getting the right candidate in a nick of time.

What does it cost:

Anyone can search at no cost (FREE) for jobs in areas as per their needs like "truck driver Bloemfontein" or "Branch Manager Retail Eastern Cape". The search engine will return the number of hits, and limited information on records found like "Black male, 35years, East London, 5-years management experience". If you click on a record line of interest, and you are not logged in, it will prompt you to register first to be able to view additional information.

Once registered (FREE), you will be able to view additional CV information and salary bracket expected. However, if you need to see the contact details, you need to upgrade your account to that of a subscribing client.

The annual (12-months) non-refundable subscription fee in R840 (R70 a month). Once you updated your profile status t that of a 'subscriber', an invoice will be auto-generated and emailed to you for payment. Your account will be activated immediately and you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of a subscribing client. If the invoice is not paid within 30-days, VeriFact reserves the right to suspend the account.

A subscriber is a company at branch level and you may add as many as 5 sub-users that must all be employed at the same branch.If any additional users needs to be registered, please contact VeriFact here

Advanced Search:

Our advanced search engine will drill down to more specific information on age, gender, race, years experience, certifications, and vetting status.

On-line Misconduct Register:

VeriFact has a very unique approach to obtain misconduct history of any employee and makes use of several sources. One of these sources are the employer self. If you not happy with an employee and terminate his or her employment, you can access the jobseeker (employee) profile and report the misconduct. The employee will not be informed of the report and it will not be held against him. There will however be a red flag to confirm this first with the individual. Once confirmed, the i.e dismissal or written warning will be "visible".
